The Role We’re hiring two Founding AEs to sell directly to startup founders, CEOs, and executives - the people building the next generation of breakout companies. You’ll own the full sales cycle, work closely with our Founder/CEO, and help shape how we go to market. If you’ve sold to startups or execs before - and you’re energized by short cycles, high-volume deals, and building from zero - this is for you. What You’ll Do Own the full sales process: lead qualification, discovery, pitching, closing, and handoff Sell to founders, execs, and VC-backed startups - across B2B SaaS, AI, fintech, and more Respond quickly to inbound demand, warm intros, and referrals Collaborate with the CEO and marketing on messaging, collateral, and pitch refinement Track pipeline in HubSpot and report clearly on performance and learnings Help lay the foundation for future AEs, SDRs, GTM hires and sales leadership You Might Be a Fit If You’ve sold a SaaS or services product in the $15K–$50K ACV range You’ve closed deals with founders, execs, or VCs - you understand their mindset You thrive in fast, founder-led environments where you figure things out as you go You can speak clearly, write well, and adapt quickly to different audiences You’re hungry to prove yourself - and want equity and upside, not just a paycheck You already have relationships in the VC/startup ecosystem Why Join Now Be one of the first GTM hires at a company that already has paying customers and a working sales motion Get equity in a fast growing AI startup Uncapped commision with generous base compensation Work directly with a founder who scaled his last startup from $0 to $400M+ ARR and a $780M exit Help shape the future of AI-driven GTM Sell a product that founders genuinely want and need Seniority level
