This role is crucial to the success of our retail team. Retail Sales Associates collaborate closely with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, provide product information, and recommend effective solutions. You will play a key role in swiftly addressing any customer concerns to ensure maximum satisfaction, while also staying informed about product features and upholding the high standards of our store.
The individual in this position is accountable for delivering exceptional customer service, while consistently achieving the store's sales objectives.
Your responsibilities will include direct contact with customers, which may involve interaction with minors, and handling cash and other payment methods. To safeguard our operations, customers, and staff, a review of criminal history is required before beginning employment.

Process sales transactions accurately while adhering to company policies. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain accurate work order files and product formulas. Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed. Tint and mix products as per customer specifications. Restock shelves and organize displays. Clean and maintain store equipment. Assist with delivery operations as needed. Ensure assigned areas are well-stocked and visually appealing. Stay updated on products and options available to customers. Follow inventory control procedures. Propose strategies to improve sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship now or in the future. Hold a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to retrieve materials from shelves and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, and 70 lbs. occasionally. Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles. Experience selling paint or paint-related products. Previous experience using tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to communicate fluently in more than one language, preferably Spanish.
