Responsibilities

Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospects in target market segments

Develop and sign new customers through the entire sales cycle, with quotas of $5M - $8M annual contract value

Lead sales pursuits and ensure competitive solutions are delivered

Establish long-term relationships with customers to maximize future revenue opportunities

Track information regarding prospective customers using Salesforce.com

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field

Minimum of 10 years proven outside sales success, with at least five years in the transportation sector

Ability to sell at least $5M annual contract value of revenue annually

Proficient in MS Office Suite and enterprise CRM applications

Ability to travel 50% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred

Recent experience with final mile delivery and a network of shipper contacts in the sector

Formally trained in strategic selling methodologies
