Position:

We’re on the lookout for a high-energy, results-driven Senior Acquisitions Associate to join our Miami-based team. If you love the thrill of deal-making and want to be part of a growth story, this is your chance. This role is 75% acquisitions and 25% corporate development, meaning you’ll not only shape our investment strategy but also help lay the foundation for our company’s growth.

Responsibilities

Identify and source new acquisition opportunities in Florida industrial markets. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with brokers to access both on-market and off-market deals.

Perform detailed financial analysis and underwriting of potential real estate investments, including cash flow projections, ROI assessments, and sensitivity analyses.

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify investment opportunities and assess market trends.

Prepare detailed investment memos, financial models, and presentations for review by the Investment Committee.

Lead and manage the due diligence process, coordinating efforts between external vendors, legal teams, and internal stakeholders.

Lead negotiations of PSAs and other legal documentation required for transactions.

Work closely with the CEO to establish internal protocols and streamline processes, including utilizing AI platforms to automate and enhance operational efficiencies.

Contribute to additional corporate initiatives and projects as needed, supporting the overall growth and scalability of the company.

Qualifications Education:

At minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field from a four-year accredited institution.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, sourcing, underwriting, or financial analysis, ideally within the industrial real estate sector at one or more of Florida's markets.

Proven experience in leading acquisitions in high-volume industrial acquisition platforms is an advantage.

Knowledge of Florida's shallow bay industrial trends (rents, prices, players) is an advantage.

Skills & Attributes:

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—whether you're negotiating a deal or presenting to the Investment Committee.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience with CoStar and AI tools for workflow automation is a big plus.

Ability to multitask, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and thrive under tight deadlines.

Team-oriented, collaborative, and ready to take ownership of key responsibilities.
