QLM Search is partnering with a leading specialist Ingredients group for a Sales Director (EMEA) hire in a specialist category. The business is a fast growth leader in providing niche solutions to Beverage and Food Groups. They require a proven Sales Director with a focus on the DACH region to create and drive the customer strategy to maximise sales growth. Reporting to the VP of the region, the successful candidate should have a development / commercial mindset and an understanding of building relationships with complex food groups from a B2B Ingredients background. The ideal candidate will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with autonomy to build world-class partnerships with their customer base. You must have built your career with either a B2B Food Ingredients business, or a Flavor house, where you honed skills in key account management and business development within the Food Ingredients category. Germany (DACH region) Responsibilities

Develop and drive the customer strategy in the DACH region to maximise sales growth for the group’s niche ingredients solutions. Build and deepen relationships with complex food groups from a B2B Ingredients background to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create world-class partnerships with key customers. Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, delivering commercial results and strategic initiatives at pace. Qualifications

Proven Sales Director with experience in B2B Food Ingredients or a Flavor house. Strong track record in key account management and business development within the Food Ingredients category. Experience in building relationships with complex food groups and driving growth in a regional market (DACH). Commercial mindset with ability to work autonomously in an entrepreneurial environment.
