A Boston-based financial services firm is seeking a
Senior Finance Associate
to join its Management Company team. In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee core financial operations, ensure accurate and timely reporting, and work directly with the VP of Finance. This is a hybrid opportunity (Mon-Wed) and will offer up to $120,000 on a base! Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily accounting functions: AP, AR, cash management, and general ledger Manage month-end and year-end close, including reconciliations and journal entries Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) Maintain internal controls and ensure accurate financial data Partner with teams to analyze financial performance and drive reporting improvements Support process enhancements and ad-hoc projects for the VP of Finance Qualifications: 5+ years of accounting/finance experience; public accounting or financial services required CPA preferred Strong foundation in AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end close Industry background is open with corporate/management company accounting experience a must Experience with Workday or similar ERP systems Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Self-starter with strong problem-solving, communication, and ownership mindset We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
