· Assist/support the Project Engineering Manager in managing engineering work, including deliverables, man-hour, and schedule control, primarily for multi-disciplinary engineering design activities, ensuring work aligns with project requirements. · Identify and understand project specifications and execution requirements to prepare key project documents and issue them accordingly. · Follow up on comments on project documents and manage their closure. · Coordinate the flow of design input information, output information, and deliverables across disciplines, clients, engineering subcontractors, and Class. · Assist the Project Engineering Manager in coordinating the preparation of MDRs with Hull & Marine Engineering Manager, Topsides Engineering Manager, and Discipline Leads. · Support the Project Engineering Manager/Planning Manager in coordinating the engineering schedule with relevant managers and discipline leads. · Participate in project meetings, draft and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM). · Follow up on action items from MoMs and update for subsequent meetings. · Assist the Engineering Project Manager in liaising with clients, vendors, subcontractors, Class, and cross-functional teams to coordinate project plans and resolve technical issues to meet schedules. · Support Engineering Managers in ensuring design reviews are conducted with appropriate attendees and monitor the action register for closure of action items. · Assist in managing and following up on actions related to design change management. · Prepare and issue weekly and monthly project progress and status reports. · Follow up on action items from reports and update statuses in subsequent reports. · Collaborate with the document officer to develop and manage document flow and processes, supporting the management of documents across all parties. · Assist the Project Engineering Manager in coordinating lessons learned, project audits, and other activities, following up on actions, and proposing solutions to improve work efficiency and address issues raised during audits. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Preferably have at least 8 years of relevant experience or similar activities as described above.
