Assist/support the Project Engineering Manager in managing engineering work, including deliverables, man-hour, and schedule control, mainly in multi-disciplinary engineering design activities, ensuring work aligns with project requirements. Identify and understand project specifications and execution requirements to prepare key project documents and issue them accordingly. Follow up on comments on project documents and manage their closure. Coordinate the flow of design input, output information, and deliverables across disciplines, clients, subcontractors, and class societies. Assist in coordinating the preparation of MDR with the Hull & Marine Engineering Manager, Topsides Engineering Manager, and Discipline Leads. Assist in preparing and coordinating the engineering schedule with relevant managers and discipline leads. Participate in project meetings, draft and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and follow up on action items. Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure project schedules are met and handle technical issues. Ensure design reviews are conducted with appropriate attendees and monitor action item close-outs. Manage and follow up on design change management actions. Prepare and issue weekly and monthly project progress and status reports, updating action items accordingly. Work with the document officer to develop and manage document flow and processes, supporting document management across all parties. Manage MDR processes. Coordinate activities related to lessons learned, project audits, and other improvement initiatives, providing suggestions and solutions for encountered issues. Job Requirements Minimum Bachelor Degree. Preferably at least 8 years of relevant experience in similar activities.
