Change Management Lead - US, Ohio - 12-24 Month Contract
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Change Management Lead to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio. This is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.
What you'll do
Lead the full change management process from identification to approval and close-out.
Review and validate scope changes, assessing cost, schedule, and risk impacts.
Facilitate Change Control Board (CCB) meetings and prepare supporting documentation.
Maintain the project change log, ensuring changes are traceable, auditable, and reported accurately.
Collaborate with estimating, scheduling, procurement, and construction teams to validate change impacts.
Provide reporting to project leadership on approved, pending, and rejected changes.
Ensure compliance with owner governance processes and stage-gate requirements.
Support dispute resolution by maintaining clear, defensible change records.
What you'll need
BS in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
Extensive experience in project controls/change management on large CAPEX projects.
Strong background in pharmaceutical, biotech, semiconductor, or food manufacturing.
Proven experience running structured change processes.
Skilled in Primavera P6, SAP, Prism, Power BI, Excel.
Strong facilitation, documentation, and communication skills.
