Commercial Customer Service Specialist - Full-time

In this role, you will work closely with our valued commercial paint customers to understand their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the best solutions. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and can ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Assisting customers both in person and over the phone, identifying their needs and presenting appropriate products and services. Building strong relationships with wholesale customers based on trust and support. Accurately processing sales transactions in accordance with company policies. Achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintaining accurate work order files and product specifications. Managing inventory, including pulling appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tinting and mixing products to meet customer specifications. Stocking shelves, setting up displays, and ensuring store cleanliness. Assisting with deliveries as necessary. Keeping assigned areas in a presentable and organized condition. Remaining knowledgeable about product options to provide informed recommendations to customers. Contributing ideas to improve sales and customer satisfaction. This full-time position is located at Store #701638, 3130 Valmont Rd, Boulder, CO 80301.
