As a vital member of our team, Bilingual Retail Associates engage with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, provide answers to inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the ideal solutions. These associates are dedicated to promptly addressing customer concerns, ensuring maximum satisfaction, and maintaining visual and quality standards within the store. They strive to deliver exceptional customer service while consistently achieving the store's sales goals. Your Role Will Involve: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assisting customers in person and over the phone to determine their needs and present appropriate products and services. Building productive trust relationships with both wholesale and retail customers. Processing sales transactions accurately in accordance with policies and procedures. Achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintaining precise work order files and formulas. Retrieving products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed. Tinting and mixing products to meet customer specifications. Restocking shelves and setting up displays to enhance product visibility. Cleaning store equipment for optimal operation. Assisting with loading and unloading delivery trucks. Helping make deliveries as required. Keeping assigned areas in-stock and presentable. Staying updated on product offerings to effectively discuss available options with customers. Following inventory control procedures diligently. Suggesting ways to improve sales and customer engagement. This is a part-time role with a starting rate of $17.00/hour. Minimum Qualifications: 18 years of age or older. Legally authorized to work without the need for sponsorship now or in the future. Fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking). A valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation. Availability to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Experience selling paint and related products. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
