Proven track record of building authentic relationships in a professional setting Minimum of 2+ years of experience in consultative sales or relationship management Strong emotional intelligence and ability to connect with diverse personalities Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Ability to analyze deal financials and assess property values Preferred Qualifications
