What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and challenges - Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations - Effectively manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting - Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency with MS Office software, SalesForce/CRM technology, and telecommuting software - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and telephone skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies - Proven track record of success in sales with a focus on revenue growth and customer relationship management - Outstanding interpersonal skills with peers and customers - Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
