Engage with major property and casualty (P&C) carriers to align Duck Creek’s solutions with customer business drivers Manage all aspects of sales cycles within assigned accounts, focusing on new business acquisition and account development Create formal networks with key decision-makers and act as an external spokesperson for the organization Guide and mentor Sales Directors, enhancing their skills in pipeline creation and management Deliver compelling customer presentations that articulate the Duck Creek value proposition What is Required (Qualifications)

Degree preferred or equivalent years of practical experience in a similar role 12+ years of business experience in large enterprise sales of complex business software/IT solutions 7+ years of deep insurance industry/domain expertise 7+ years of experience in large account management and leading account teams Exceptional communication skills and ability to lead and mentor a team How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
