Develop and execute B2B sales strategies targeting various sectors including retail, real estate, and energy services Identify and close high-value deals across Canada and the U.S. to drive revenue growth Build, lead, and mentor a remote sales team to achieve consistent results Define and monitor KPIs, quotas, and sales processes for scalable growth Establish and maintain key executive relationships while leading contract negotiations What is Required (Qualifications)

8-12+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles Proven success in driving sales growth with Canadian and U.S. customers Experience selling technology solutions in the retail, real estate, energy, or commercial sectors Strong ability to negotiate complex deals and manage multi-stakeholder relationships Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
