Negotiate and ensure compliance with Prime Vendor Agreements (PVA) to retain profitable accounts

Analyze reports and data to develop strategies for profitability growth
Maintain accurate records of account activity and interactions in CRM and sales management tools
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Proven consultative selling skills with a successful track record in diverse customer marketplaces
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in retail and alternate care segments
Advanced understanding of financial concepts related to maximizing sales profit
Strong presentation and time management skills
Ability to actively listen and influence others with different perspectives
Familiarity with community physician markets and related trends
