Family Tree Job Summary And Responsibilities The Vice President of Domestic Violence Services is responsible for providing leadership and successful oversight of Family Tree’s Domestic Violence Programs, including both residential and non-residential services. Services in these programs include confidential sheltering, legal advocacy, safe clinic and outreach services at Family Tree Roots of Courage (Family Tree’s Domestic Violence Shelter), Porchlight Family Justice Center and Adams County Human Services (Pete Mirelez Building-Community Partners Space). The Vice President of Domestic Violence Services provides strategic leadership in efforts to align these programs with Family Tree’s mission, vision, values and overall strategies. The Vice President of Domestic Violence Services works in partnership with executive team members, program directors, direct service staff and community partners to ensure successful program implementation of all Domestic Violence Programs as well as implementing an integrated services approach across all Family Tree programs. The Vice President is responsible for ensuring program implementation is consistent with Family Tree’s impact strategy by providing services that are trauma-informed, multi-generational and person centered. The Vice President of Domestic Violence Services provides leadership, general program administration and management of budgetary oversight over all Domestic Violence Programs as well as program design and implementation. They are responsible for ensuring adherence to program impact/outcomes and protocol/policy development. Responsibilities (example Activities)

Identify and implement new strategies to improve client experiences and broaden Family Tree’s programming, including general programmatic oversight. Manage budgetary oversight of Domestic Violence Programs to adequately support the program's annual financial operating needs. Actively participate as a member of Family Tree’s Executive Leadership team. Provide direct support to program directors within the Domestic Violence Programs. Schedule Full Time, 40 Hours per week. Evenings, weekends and overnights as necessary. Required on-call rotation once a month, this is a shared role with Program Directors and Vice President of Homelessness. Working Conditions

This is a blended/hybrid remote/virtual and in-office work arrangement. In person work required. Vice President of Domestic Violence Services must have access to reliable transportation on a daily basis for various off-site meetings. Required Skills/Competencies
