The Director of Preconstruction will be responsible for: Oversee all aspects of the preconstruction process, including budgeting, cost estimation, and project scheduling. Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure project requirements are met. Develop and present preconstruction plans and proposals to stakeholders. Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project quality and standards. Lead a team of preconstruction professionals, providing mentorship and guidance. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to support project needs. Monitor market trends and incorporate best practices into preconstruction strategies. A successful Director of Preconstruction should have: 10+ years of construction management experience Proven expertise in preconstruction, including budgeting, scheduling, and cost estimation. Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate across teams and with stakeholders. Familiarity with construction regulations and industry standards.
