They operate as a multi-division company, with branches covering construction (building, mechanical, utility, and related services), real estate development, leasing, and utility management. The firm employs over 600 people and generates $150M-$200M in annual revenue. Their projects extend across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Connecticut, serving markets such as energy, water, wastewater, commercial (including offices and labs), industrial, and institutional sectors. A successful Director of Preconstruction should have: 15+ years - Proven expertise in preconstruction, cost estimation, and project planning. Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams. Strong knowledge of construction methods, cost estimating, and project scheduling A background in construction or a related field. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and solve potential challenges. Proficiency in relevant software tools for scheduling and cost management. What\'s on Offer
Competitive salary range of $175,000 - $215,000, based on experience.
