Job Title

Maintenance Sales Associate Responsibilities Prospect for new accounts and maintain existing client relationships. Develop sales presentations and proposals, including financial and technical sections using EMCOR/Mesa Energy Systems templates and pricing models. Identify customer needs and discuss solutions Mesa can provide; proficiency in proposal and presentation preparation is required. Develop, write, and review client proposal documents and ensure alignment with defined margins and market share goals. Coordinate with the Vice President of Business Development, Director of Sales, and other team members to review and improve account programs and processes to meet objectives. Leverage internal teams (Operations, Chiller, Project Management, etc.) to support sales activities in a professional manner. Attend product and sales training events as part of growth and development as a Sales Professional. Achieve written annual sales plans and otherwise perform duties as directed. Job Specifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical discipline preferred. 2+ years of experience in HVAC commercial, chiller, or maintenance service sales is ideal. Strong customer presentation skills and demonstrated sales aptitude. Financial acumen, including cost modeling for sales proposals; experience in developing technical and cost proposals. Independent decision-making required. Computer skills using MS Office 365; strong Excel skills required. Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to an operating vehicle for business use. Physical ability to stand, sit, or squat for extended periods and to climb stairs or ladders and work at heights. Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Range:

$70,000 - $90,000 per year Benefits:
