Sales Engineer
to drive growth across
Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego . Representing a globally respected brand in precision instrumentation, you’ll work remotely while engaging with clients across aerospace, electronics, medical devices, automotive, and green energy industries. If you're passionate about solving technical challenges, influencing customer decisions, and delivering results in a consultative B2B environment—this is the opportunity for you. What You’ll Do
Manage and grow accounts across
Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego , promoting a cutting-edge portfolio of precision measurement instruments. Conduct virtual and in-person sales presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations tailored to customer needs. Prepare detailed sales quotations and technical proposals based on specific applications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, managing your pipeline and sales activity. Serve as a technical advisor, offering product guidance and application support throughout the sales process. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, strategic outreach, and referrals. Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and customer developments in the region. What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Metrology, or similar); equivalent experience considered. 3–5 years of capital equipment sales experience, ideally in industrial or technical environments. Familiarity with analytical instrumentation—experience with XRF, SEM, or metrology equipment is a strong plus. Proven success with structured B2B sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, Miller Heiman, SPIN Selling). Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-first, consultative approach. Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing a remote role and multiple accounts. Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region (including occasional overnights). Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Why Join Us
