Sales Engineer
to lead growth in the

market. Representing a globally respected brand in
precision instrumentation , you’ll work remotely while actively engaging with clients across aerospace, electronics, medical devices, automotive, and green energy sectors. If you thrive on solving complex technical challenges, influencing customer decisions, and delivering results in a consultative B2B environment—this is your next big move. What You’ll Do Manage and grow accounts throughout
Orange County , promoting a cutting-edge portfolio of precision measurement instruments
Conduct virtual and in-person sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical consultations tailored to customer needs
Prepare detailed sales quotations and proposals based on specific applications and industry requirements
Maintain accurate CRM records, manage pipeline activity, and forecast sales performance
Serve as a trusted technical advisor, offering product guidance and application support throughout the sales cycle
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach, referrals, and market research
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer developments in the region
What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Metrology, or similar); equivalent experience considered
3–5 years of capital equipment sales experience, ideally in industrial or technical environments
Familiarity with analytical instrumentation—experience with
XRF, SEM, or metrology tools
is a strong plus
Proven success using structured B2B sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, Miller Heiman, SPIN Selling)
Strong communication and presentation skills with a consultative, customer-first approach
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing a remote territory and multiple accounts
Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region, including overnight trips
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
