As the
Director, Workforce Planning - Marketplace
you will be the architect and leader driving the strategy, governance, and execution of Workforce Planning to support Walmart Marketplace contact centers. You will influence and drive critical business initiatives, owning all aspects of Workforce Planning. Key Responsibilities Workforce Planning Strategy, Leadership & Governance Develop and implement a comprehensive training and development program for Workforce Planning staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service. Leads and executes complex projects by converting requirements into technical solutions, guiding team members, and integrating third-party solutions. Provides direction by analyzing business objectives, developing strategies, and promoting continuous learning. Oversees workforce analytics and planning by developing strategies, consulting with leaders, and ensuring standards are met. Develops strategies to attract and maintain a skilled workforce through recruitment, mentorship, and talent development. Manages workforce planning projects by setting priorities, allocating resources, and monitoring progress. Leadership Development & Organizational Excellence Inspire, develop, and manage a team of high-performing leaders and managers across Workforce Planning team. Build a culture rooted in accountability, diversity, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Mentor emerging Walmart talent, supporting organizational capability building, succession planning, and career advancement opportunities. What You’ll Bring Progressive experience in contact center Workforce Planning. Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Workforce Planning, Business Strategies, Cross-Functional Team Leadership, Data Analysis, and Project Management. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field and 5 years’ experience in data management, business analytics, statistics, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in data analysis, statistics, computer science, or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience. Preferred Qualifications Master\'s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field. 2 years’ experience in retail operations.
