Safety Manager
to join their team in the Greater Springfield area. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping and implementing safety practices on high-profile projects while working with a company consistently recognized as a top place to work. What Youll Do Lead site safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA, state, and local regulations. Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and safety audits across active project sites. Develop and deliver safety training for staff, subcontractors, and trade partners. Collaborate with project teams to proactively identify and mitigate potential hazards. Investigate incidents, document findings, and implement corrective actions. Partner with leadership to drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Maintain safety records, prepare reports, and track performance metrics. What Were Looking For 8+ years of safety management experience in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety practices. Experience delivering training and promoting safety culture on large projects. Ability to build strong relationships with field staff, subcontractors, and leadership. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
