As an Entry Level Assembler, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing work by reviewing assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists; gathering necessary materials and tools.
• Positioning parts and subassemblies using templates or precise measurements.
• Assembling components while ensuring correct connections and fastening.
• Assisting in building prototypes and participating in unique assembly projects.
• Maintaining a safe and organized work area by adhering to all company procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Utilizing resources efficiently to achieve job results.
• Contributing to team efforts by sharing your knowledge and training peers in basic assembly tasks.
• Inspecting your work to ensure it meets quality standards before advancing to the next step in the process.
• Documenting your actions by completing necessary production and quality forms.

We are seeking candidates who:

• Possess a High School diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
• Ideally have 0-1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Are comfortable using small hand tools and power tools safely.
• Can read and understand drawings and bills of material.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Can comprehend written and verbal instructions in English.

Physical Demands:

• This job is classified in the Medium - Heavy Physical Demand Level.
• Lifting Demands:
  • Occasionally lift up to 75 pounds (with assistance).
  • Frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Occasionally carry up to 40 pounds.
  • Push/Pull weights as needed based on task requirements.
• Postural Demands:
  • Continuous standing and walking.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and kneeling.
  • Frequent lifting activities.
• Other Demands:
  • Continuous use of hands for gripping and manipulation.
  • Frequent use of hand/power tools.
  • Collaboration with team members for lifting and moving tasks.
