Human Resources ManagerLocation: Onsite in Braintree, Massachusetts
Reports to: HR Director
Were looking for a dynamic, hands-on Human Resources Manager to join our team. In this role, youll be more than just an HR leaderyoull be a culture builder, strategic partner, and trusted advisor to employees and leaders alike.
Were seeking someone with broad HR expertiserecruiting, onboarding, compensation, employee development, complianceand the drive to keep our people programs running smoothly while shaping a positive and engaging workplace.
What Youll Do
- Partner with leadership on talent, performance management, recruiting, learning and development, and HR best practices.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Oversee HR systems, payroll, benefits, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Drive employee engagement through programs, communications, and events that foster connection and retention.
- Develop and refine policies, job descriptions, and compensation programs using data and benchmarking.
- Provide coaching, employee relations support, and conflict resolution to strengthen morale and performance.
- Champion a safe, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Serve as the go-to resource for employees on HR-related matters, always maintaining confidentiality and trust.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in HR or related field.
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a mid-sized manufacturing environment.
- Proven HR management expertise; SHRM certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor law, employee relations, and compliance.
- Proficiency with MS Office, HRIS systems (Paylocity a plus), and payroll processing.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- A hands-on, collaborative approach with a focus on solutions and results.
