Manager Work Arrangement:
Onsite Under general supervision, the Human Resources Specialist is responsible for handling the day-to-day administration of policies and/or programs covering several or all of the following areas: recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, and personnel research. This position also monitors and maintains department-specific databases and systems, and may be responsible for Oracle data input, data integrity, and workflow approvals. Key Duties & Responsibilities
Administers HR policies and programs related to recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, and personnel research.
Monitors and maintains department-specific HR databases and systems.
Ensures accuracy of Oracle data entry and workflow approvals.
Provides HR support and assists with other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
Related fields include (but are not limited to):
Human Resource Management
Business Administration
Industrial/Organizational Psychology
Public Administration
Organizational Leadership or related behavioral/social sciences
Experience:
One (1) year of related experience required.
Related experience may include:
Recruiting/talent acquisition
Compensation and benefits administration
Employee/labor relations
HRIS/HR database management (e.g., Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday)
Training and development coordination
Generalist-level HR support in a professional setting
Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
