Job Summary -
We are looking for a 12- 15 Years experienced Transitions Manager with a strong technical background in either Java or .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing end-to-end software development projects, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, agile project management skills, and stakeholder management expertise.

Technical Skills: 12-15+ years of total IT experience with at least 3-5 years as a Transition Manager. Strong background in either Java/J2EE or .NET technologies. Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile (Scrum/Kanban), and Waterfall methodologies. Proven experience managing medium to large-scale enterprise application development projects. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in risk management, change control, and resource planning. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Working knowledge of DevOps processes and CI/CD tools. Experience managing distributed or offshore teams. Exposure to cloud-based project deployments (Azure/AWS/GCP). Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Java/.NET-based software development projects through the full project lifecycle (initiation to closure). Work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, testers, and DevOps teams. Define project scope, objectives, resource plans, and schedules. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. Track and report project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies. Manage stakeholder expectations, project communications, and status reporting. Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with architectural standards. Monitor project budget and resource utilization. Manage change requests and scope adjustments. Mitigate project risks proactively. Conduct regular team reviews and ensure quality deliverables. Support pre-sales activities like effort estimation and proposal creation (if needed).
Certifications Needed
:
PMI PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).
