As a Steward Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of both the kitchen and dining areas. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the stewarding team, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring the proper handling of kitchen equipment and tableware, and upholding high standards for the use of cleaning chemicals and dish areas.

Smile! Focus on safety for yourself and others. Adhering to maintenance and hygiene standards in all kitchens and FOH areas. Proper scheduling of all stewards to cover all areas. Supervise dishwashing staff to ensure all kitchenware, utensils, and equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly. Train, coach, and motivate team members on proper cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety standards. Ensure proper operation and maintenance of dishwashing machines and other stewarding equipment, report issues for repair. Collaborate with chefs, managers, and service staff to ensure a smooth flow of clean equipment during busy service periods. Assist with hands-on dishwashing and cleaning tasks during peak times or staff shortages. Enforce safety procedures and proper use of chemicals, protective gear, and equipment. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age to apply. Must be flexible to work hours determined by business levels and needs of the Food & Beverage outlets. This may include weekends and early morning, or late evening work and holidays. Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests. Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment. Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours per shift). Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching to load/unload dish racks and clean work areas. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. (e.g., dish racks, cleaning supplies, or garbage). Ability to work in hot, humid, and sometimes noisy environments. Ability to work safely with cleaning chemicals and follow proper sanitation standards. Tolerance for repetitive tasks such as scrubbing, rinsing, or polishing dishes and kitchenware. Ability to move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
