How I can Create Guests for Life:
Smile! Focus on safety for yourself and others. Responsible for reviewing Night Action Plan with the team. Ensures timelines are being met throughout the shift. Works with Snowmaking Night Supervisor and Snowmaking Team on tasks as needed. Has the ability to perform all functions in equipment as needed. Communicates with Grooming Supervisor regarding issues throughout the night as needed and makes sound judgement calls when needed. Assists the Grooming Supervisor as needed. Is this the job for me:
Must be at least 18 years of age to apply. Minimum of 1 year grooming experience required. Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work well with others in a team environment. Excellent equipment operation skills required. Knowledge of Risk Management and OSHA standards preferred. Knowledge of snowmaking, trail building, and other construction aspects a plus. Valid driver's license required. Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and long or irregular hours during peak season. Commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests. Must be able to speak and read English, additional languages a plus. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods while operating grooming equipment. Ability to climb in and out of large machinery repeatedly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. Good hand-eye coordination and ability to operate machinery controls. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (snow, cold, wind, rain, heat). Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces as needed. Ability to tolerate exposure to loud noise, fumes, dust, and chemicals. Ability to operate equipment, tools, and machinery safely.
