Human Resources Manager, Learning & Talent Development This position coordinates the talent acquisition function of the company in all aspects of the full lifecycle recruiting process. Supports hiring managers, coordinates interviews, maintains applicant tracking systems, and reports recruitment efforts. Also supports the HR department with special projects, reporting, and general HR administration regarding learning and development, employee services, and other HR activities. Responsibilities
Plan, facilitate, and participate in all interviews, or coordinate for other HR team members to sit in on interviews as a backup. Screen resumes, applications, administer applicant testing and assessments, and conduct background checks. Manage employee referral process and maintain accurate referral records. Ensure payroll has referral date information for processing referral bonuses. Issue offer letters and employee contracts via DocuSign. Maintain DocuSign account, track envelopes, and create templates for HR team use. Partner with hiring managers to source qualified candidates and create strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Ensure smooth efficiencies throughout the recruiting process. Train hiring managers on hiring policies. Ensure adherence to hiring policies, including obtaining approvals for opening head counts and hiring candidates. Monitor internal (SNAPNET) approval workflows for issues and roadblocks. Schedule and track all interviews, offers, and interviewee travel schedules. Serve as primary point of contact for interview candidates and newly signed employees for benefit questions and issues. Own HR general email inbox, responding to resumes and requests in a timely fashion. Collaborate with the marketing department on employer branding initiatives and monitor LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other employer review sites. Attend necessary job/recruiting fairs and events. Talent Reporting & Documentation
Create and maintain reports of key recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, turnover, ROI of pipelines, etc.). Maintain and utilize ATS data and HRIS to track recruitment activities, generate offers, and produce data metrics for management. Prepare annual headcount reports; maintain and develop job descriptions and advertisements. Back up maintenance of organizational charts and personnel changes; coordinate with IT on title/reporting updates via JIRA. Track hires, terms, and changes; communicate to SMT & HR regularly. Ensure accuracy of employee pay levels and grades for payroll processing. Coordinate annual personnel planning with SMT; assist Payroll with headcount reporting and data validation. Produce monthly headcount reports and quarterly talent dashboards; complete ad hoc requests; provide weekly recruitment overview to department directors and HR leadership. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and measure program effectiveness. Temporary Staffing & Vendor Management
Coordinate with the HR Generalist, Talent & Onboarding on temporary employee processes; manage temporary agency contracts and audits. Manage relationships with external recruiters, executive search firms, and employment agencies. Participate in contract negotiations with recruiting suppliers and platforms. Onboarding
Collaborate on onboarding hand-off and serve as backup for new hire orientations. Coordinate employee relocation and support immigration processes with external counsel as needed; maintain immigration files and status updates. General Support
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; support internal and external HR audits. Perform other duties as assigned. Education & Experience
BS/BA in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field required. HRCI PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred. Minimum six years of administrative experience, preferably in HR; minimum three years recruiting experience. Working Conditions / Physical Demands
Able to sit or stand for long periods; work at a computer terminal for extended periods. Able to work extended hours if necessary. Able to travel intermittently within the United States for office visits and recruiting events. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with ADP, LinkedIn, and job posting platforms preferred. Ability to analyze information, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively in writing and orally. Detail-oriented with strong numerical aptitude; proficient with ATS and HR data metrics. Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability; ability to handle stress and maintain cultural sensitivity. Compensation & Benefits
