The

Scrum Master

will support 1 - 3 delivery teams within a fast-paced product development environment. This role is intended to help a team of problem solvers achieve their goals as high-performing product delivery teams, creating a culture of self-organization and continual improvement. The person in this role ensures clear communication, organization of the team, and coaching team members in all aspects of the Agile Manifesto and Scrum framework. Team Culture

Implement Scrum as a framework for software development in IT delivery teams. Facilitate all Scrum events and ceremonies including Sprint planning, Grooming, Retrospective, Refinement, and daily stand-ups. Lead all Scrum events such as sprint planning, grooming, retrospective, refinement, and daily stand-ups. Ensure responsibilities and accountability for crucial roles are clearly outlined. Lead the team in establishing feasible goals for feature and sprint timelines, managing expectations of the team and stakeholders. Guide the team towards self-organization and continuous improvement. Enhance team performance by resolving obstacles, managing conflicts, aiding in decision-making, and promoting continuous improvement. Identify and address risks that could hinder goal achievement and engage the team to mitigate those risks. Engage in multidirectional communication and negotiation to influence and achieve team goals. Cultivate a culture of rapid innovation and ongoing enhancement. Oversee the team’s progress towards Roadmap and Sprint goals using Scrum metrics and contribute to status reports. Provide input to help identify and form future Scrum teams. Be a key player in the company’s growing Agile community, facilitating change and aiding others in their Agile journey. Continuously improve your skills to effectively implement Scrum methodologies. Commit to constant growth and inspire the same in your Scrum team members. Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Achieved Certified Scrum Master Certification (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master Certification (SSM) or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Core Agile & Scrum Skills • Deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework • Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) • Ability to coach teams through Agile maturity and transformation • Skilled in removing impediments and fostering team collaboration • Experience with Agile metrics and continuous improvement practices Technical & Development Skills • Background in software development or technical architecture • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts with developers and stakeholders • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Agile dashboards, Excel, Power BI, SQL Leadership & Communication • Strong servant leadership mindset • Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills • Ability to influence without authority and build trust across teams • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration Strategic & Organizational Impact • Ability to align team goals with business objectives • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
