HR Recruiter
Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid – Monday to Thursday onsite, Friday remote)

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Customer Operations Recruiting Team. This role offers the opportunity to create a positive candidate experience while partnering with business teams to fill current job openings. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with full life cycle recruiting experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and take a consultative approach to sourcing and strategy to identify top talent.
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates for high-volume non-exempt roles in a call center environment.
- Schedule interviews, facilitate consensus meetings, and present offers to candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
- Partner with cross-functional business teams and HR colleagues to execute the recruiting process efficiently and minimize risk.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Act as a trusted recruiting advisor and subject matter expert to business leadership and key stakeholders.
- Address ambiguous situations and challenges with sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Coach and counsel candidates and hiring teams while negotiating and closing offers successfully.
- Maintain accurate requisition processing and ensure flawless execution of recruitment activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience; high-volume recruiting experience is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate on recruiting strategy and implement it effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Highly professional, detail-oriented, and self-directed.
- Proven ability to work independently and produce measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
