Onsite, Austin, TX | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Pay Rate:
$16 - $17/hr (W2 Contract) Duration:
3 Months through 12/31, with strong potential to extend or convert to permanent
About the Role
We're looking for a
Facilities Coordinator
to support day-to-day office operations and ensure everything runs smoothly for employees and visitors. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage office setup, coordinate with vendors, oversee facility needs, and provide top-notch customer service to staff and guests.
What You'll Do Open & Prep the Office:
Turn on lights, set up rooms, and make sure the breakroom is stocked. Vendor & Visitor Support:
Greet vendors, issue badge IDs, and handle shipping/receiving (UPS orders, inter-office shipments). Office Operations:
Order supplies, book conference rooms, coordinate lunches, and assist with phone inquiries. Facilities Support:
Perform visual inspections, log preventative maintenance tickets, and follow up on issues. Work Orders & Reporting:
Create/assign work orders, track progress, maintain files, and ensure quality service delivery. Project Assistance:
Support reporting, process improvements, and learn tools like
MS Office
and
Smartsheet . What We're Looking For
1+ year of experience
in facilities, admin, or office coordination. High School Diploma (or equivalent). Strong communication skills
- professional, approachable, and customer-service oriented. Tech skills:
Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable with scheduling and reporting. Physical ability
to walk, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs. A proactive, adaptable attitude - willing to learn and take on new tasks/projects. Why You'll Love It
