N Start: 09/08/25 - 01/30/2026 Job Description: As the Workday Finance Lead - Customers and Assets, you will be responsible for leading the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of Workday Financials, specifically focusing on Customer Accounts, Revenue Management, and Asset Accounting. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and external partners to ensure Workday solutions align with business goals.

Responsiblities:

Lead Workday Financials optimization and enhancements for Customers and Assets modules. Configure and maintain business processes, security roles, and reporting within Workday. Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions. Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training. Manage integrations between Workday and other financial systems. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency. Stay current on Workday releases and assess impact on existing configurations.

Qualifications:

Stay current on Workday releases and assess impact on existing configurations. Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable, Revenue Recognition, and Asset Management. Proven ability to lead Workday projects from design through deployment. Experience with Workday reporting tools (e.g., Workday Report Writer, Composite Reports). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. Preferred Skills:

Workday Pro Certification in Financials. Experience in a global or multi-entity environment.
