Accounting Manager - Sacramento, CA

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate monthly reports, including reconciliations for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Reconcile multiple bank accounts, cash flow reports, and accounts payable.
  • Review and reconcile all payroll and benefits accounts.
  • Create and implement financial controls, and work on special projects with the controller.
  • Supervise the payroll and accounts payable team, ensuring high performance.
  • Compare budget to actual and develop staff training plans.
  • Lead by example, bringing your expertise into accounts payable and payroll to inspire excellence.
Experience and Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or business preferred.
  • Intermediate Excel skills required.
  • Recent experience in processing or supervising payroll is highly preferred.
  • Five years of progressive accounting and payroll experience.
  • Three years of supervisory experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
About Us: LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with our client in Sacramento, CA, to fill this key leadership role. You will report directly to the controller and work in-office daily with your team. The salary range is $85-100K annually, depending on experience.
