Hiring Range $60,000 - $65,000 per year

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to stand; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
Additional Working Conditions Must be able to comply with Athletic Department, University, TBR, Conference, and NCAA policies and procedures.

Job Duties Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of NCAA financial aid and monitoring of NCAA Bylaw 15 including but not limited to provision of Athletics Grant-in-Aid (GIA) awards to prospects and continuing student-athletes, tracking of financial aid awards, tracking of financial aid awards for House settlement compliance, preparing squad lists, updating all financial aid information into Teamworks C&R, working collaboratively with campus financial aid office to award and track Athletics GIAs inclusive of renewals/non-renewals/increases/reductions/cancellations.
Serve as the liaison with the bursar’s office to track student-athlete financial aid refunds, account balances, authorized aid, holds, and drop dates. Serve as the Athletics Department contact for student account inquiries.
Administer the playing and practice season regulations and monitoring of NCAA Bylaw 17 for all sports.
Provide NCAA /House settlement rules education to both coaches and student-athletes in the areas of financial aid.
Provide rules interpretations for coaches and staff members, including researching questions regarding NCAA rules presented by coaching staff, athletic administrators, and personnel from other departments.
Perform other duties assigned.
