Job Description
Prepare conceptual and detailed estimates for public and institutional projects. Collaborate with project teams on bids. Work closely with the Lead Estimator to support preconstruction efforts. Apply field knowledge to improve constructability reviews and cost analysis. Contribute to pursuits of high-profile ground-up projects, including academic, K-12, and healthcare facilities. The Successful Applicant
A successful Estimator should have:
5+ years of construction experience (Superintendent or Project Manager background preferred). Strong understanding of what it takes to physically build a job; estimating skills can be trained. Experience on projects $20M+ (academic, K-12, healthcare, or large ground-up ideal). Stable work history; no jumpy backgrounds. Proficiency with construction management software (Procore a plus). Commutable to Worcester, MA. What's on Offer
