Customer Service Specialist

In this position, you will engage with wholesale and retail customers to assess their needs, provide product information, and recommend effective solutions with Sherwin-Williams products. Your ability to resolve customer concerns promptly will ensure maximum satisfaction while you maintain the high quality and visual standards that define our stores. Your contributions are critical to achieving exceptional customer service and meeting our store's sales goals. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and suggesting suitable products. Build and maintain productive relationships with both wholesale and retail customers. Accurately process sales transactions following company policies. Work towards achieving sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain organized work order files and formulas. Efficiently pull products from the sales floor or warehouse. Prepare custom tint and mix products as specified by customers. Stock shelves and set up attractive displays. Regularly clean store equipment. Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks. Help make deliveries as necessary. Keep assigned areas in-stock and visually appealing. Stay informed about product offerings and discuss available options with customers. Adhere to inventory control procedures. Propose ideas to enhance sales performance. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship. Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. on occasion. Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role. Experience in selling paint and related products. Familiarity with operating tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to communicate effectively in more than one language, including Spanish.
