The
Seasonal Inventory Control Specialist
plays a vital role in supporting store inventory management. This position is key in ensuring that our sales floor is fully stocked, enhancing customer experiences and driving sales goals. You will assist the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring merchandise is effectively replenished on the sales floor. Seasonal Inventory Control Specialist Responsibilities Promote a customer-centric environment and build lasting relationships with customers. Accurately process incoming and outgoing inventory. Verify incoming merchandise shipments against company standards. Prepare merchandise for display on the sales floor while following ticketing and signage guidelines. Apply EAS tags to merchandise per Loss Prevention procedures before moving items to the sales floor. Input freight information accurately and promptly into our systems. Efficiently handle RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets, or markdowns in line with company policies. Meet productivity goals through achievement of unit per hour (UPH) targets. Keep the stockroom organized and compliant with all safety and company guidelines. Adhere to all relevant laws and company policies. Perform other tasks as assigned by management. Maintain professionalism in interactions with customers, team members, corporate partners, and vendors. Qualifications Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, and time management skills. Availability for a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Willingness to work flexible hours, including extended shifts when necessary. Core Competencies Customer Centric:
