Retail Store Associate

Join our team as a Retail Store Associate! In this vital role, you will work closely with a variety of customers, both retail and wholesale, to assess their needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the best solutions. You will be responsible for: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service. Assisting customers in-person and over the phone by understanding their needs and presenting suitable products and services. Building trustworthy relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Accurately processing sales transactions in accordance with company policies. Meeting and exceeding sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Maintaining precise work order files and product formulas. Pulling products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed. Tinting and mixing products to customer specifications. Stocking shelves and setting up appealing displays. Cleaning store equipment to maintain a tidy environment. Loading and unloading delivery trucks as required. Assisting with deliveries when necessary. Ensuring assigned areas are well-stocked and visually appealing. Staying knowledgeable about product offerings and discussing options with customers. Complying with inventory control procedures. Suggesting innovative ways to boost sales. This position will be based at Store #3328, located at 500 Summit Ave, Greensboro, NC 27405. This is a part-time role with flexible hours up to 28 hours per week, offering a starting salary of $13.25. To thrive in this role, you must: Be at least 18 years old. Be legally authorized to work without sponsorship. Be proficient in both English and Spanish. Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Be willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred qualifications include: A high school diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Previous experience in selling paint and related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
