- Location: Harrison, Arkansas 72601 (Ozark region healthcare job)
- Facility Setting: Surgery / Operating Room (OR)
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks (travel nursing contract)
- Start Date: December 1, 2025
- End Date: March 2, 2026
- Shift: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM), rotating days off
- Hours per Week: 40
- Weekend Coverage: Required as part of rotation
- Call: 1 day of call per week and 1 weekend every 5 weeks
- EMR System: Meditech
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2310 - $2470
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Arkansas or compact state; must be in hand before start date)
- Minimum 1 year of recent Circulator OR RN experience in a hospital or surgical setting
- BLS certification required
- 2 professional references required at time of submission
- Must comply with 50-mile radius rule (local candidates not accepted)

Operating Room RN Responsibilities
- Function as a Circulator Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, delivering safe and effective perioperative care
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff to maintain a sterile and efficient OR environment
- Prepare and position patients for surgery, monitor vital signs, and accurately document care in the Meditech EMR
- Participate in scheduled call rotation and weekend coverage as required
- Follow hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Discuss block scheduling preferences during interview, if desired
