We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Office Manager to lead the daily administrative and operational functions of our Fayetteville clinic. If you’re organized, people-focused, and ready to support meaningful work, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficiency and a welcoming environment
  • Partner with BCBAs, HR, and administrative teams to streamline staff and client onboarding
  • Develop and maintain systems for scheduling, communication, and clinic organization
  • Track key performance metrics and monitor operational workflows
  • Manage staff scheduling, including updates, changes, and availability tracking
  • Lead internal communications to keep clinical and administrative teams aligned
  • Organize training sessions, staff engagement activities, and appreciation events
  • Support outreach efforts and community engagement initiatives
  • Provide administrative support to the Clinical Director and leadership team

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of office, clinic, or operations management experience (healthcare or behavioral health preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to lead with empathy and build positive team relationships
  • Comfortable analyzing data, solving problems, and adapting to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about helping teams succeed
