We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Office Manager to lead the daily administrative and operational functions of our Fayetteville clinic. If you’re organized, people-focused, and ready to support meaningful work, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficiency and a welcoming environment
- Partner with BCBAs, HR, and administrative teams to streamline staff and client onboarding
- Develop and maintain systems for scheduling, communication, and clinic organization
- Track key performance metrics and monitor operational workflows
- Manage staff scheduling, including updates, changes, and availability tracking
- Lead internal communications to keep clinical and administrative teams aligned
- Organize training sessions, staff engagement activities, and appreciation events
- Support outreach efforts and community engagement initiatives
- Provide administrative support to the Clinical Director and leadership team
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of office, clinic, or operations management experience (healthcare or behavioral health preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead with empathy and build positive team relationships
- Comfortable analyzing data, solving problems, and adapting to changing priorities
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about helping teams succeed
