Join our team as an Office Manager and help drive the heartbeat of our clinic operations in a mission-driven environment that transforms lives. Devereux provides services for children and families to ensure a community without abuse, neglect and abandonment, so all children grow to their full potential. Based out of Winter Park, FL, this position is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, scheduling, staff development, and patient flow; working in the EHR for reporting, billing, scheduling, client files, and revenue. This position provides assistance, secretarial support, staff development, and supervision to medical records staff; delivers superior secretarial, administrative and decision-making skills. The individual is expected to contribute significantly to the team and work with minimal guidance.

Position details

  • Salary: Starts at $18.75 - $21.38 / hour plus additional compensation for related experience and education.
  • Location: Devereux Winter Park Office

Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services preferred

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in administrative/clerical settings with strong computer skills preferred
  • 2+ years supervisory experience preferred
  • Computer proficiency required
  • Customer service skills and ability to multitask required

Other requirements

  • Valid Florida Driver's License
  • Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings including drug screen
