The Day-to-Day Own and manage complex, ever-changing calendars across multiple time zones. Coordinate high-level internal and external meetings with precision. Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, visas, and ground transportation. Process monthly expense reports with accuracy and efficiency. Serve as a trusted liaison for Partners, representing them professionally in emails and calls with investors, board members, and executives. Maintain the firm’s CRM, ensuring all documents and data are up to date and hyper-organized. Provide administrative support across the team, ensuring smooth operations and resource management.
