Lead electrical engineer on design of power generation projects Lead electrical engineer on design of renewable energy projects Lead electrical engineer on power plant and switchyard electrical system upgrades Lead electrical engineer on federal electrical system upgrades Mentor and teach junior and mid engineers Project proposal and budget development Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering 10+ years of detailed design engineering experience in power generation projects, including calculations and equipment specifications Engineer license required (multi-state preferred) 10+ years of experience leading a team of engineers and designers in power generation projects 10+ years of relay coordination and schematic design CAD, Microsoft Office, and ETAP or SKM software experience Experience providing critical reviews for documents and preparing technical deliverables with a high degree of complexity Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to apply technical knowledge to testing results and data analysis Proven ability to coordinate and direct subcontractors and others to complete tasks safely and efficiently Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to health, safety and harassment policies Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Occasional travel may be required depending on project needs Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Engineering Onsite construction support experience Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:

Estimated Salary: $111,200 - $198,200 WSP provides a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, retirement savings, paid time off, parental leave, bereavement and other leave benefits. About WSP
