Senior-Level Electrical Engineer to join the Power & Energy team in Houston, TX, with consideration for Seattle, WA; Hailey, ID; Boise, ID; Overland Park, KS; Atlanta, GA; Oradell, NJ; and Mount Laurel, NJ. The candidate will be involved in projects with the Power Generation Team and contribute to a growing organization that meets client objectives and solves challenges. Lead electrical engineer on the design of power generation projects Lead electrical engineer on the design of renewable energy projects Lead electrical engineer on power plant and switchyard electrical system upgrades Lead electrical engineer on federal electrical system upgrades Mentor and teach junior and mid engineers Project proposal and budget development Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering 10+ years of detailed design engineering experience in power generation projects, including calculations and equipment specifications Engineer license required (multi-state preferred) 10+ years of experience leading a team of engineers and designers in power generation projects 10+ years of relay coordination and schematic design CAD, Microsoft Office, and ETAP or SKM software experience Experience providing critical reviews for documents and preparing technical deliverables with a high degree of complexity Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to apply technical knowledge to testing results and data analyses Ability to coordinate and direct subcontractors and others to complete tasks safely and efficiently Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and adherence to health, safety and harassment policies Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and changing priorities; able to work under pressure Occasional travel may be required Preferred Qualifications

Expected Salary: $111,200 - $198,200. WSP USA reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range based on qualifications, internal equity, and location policies. About WSP
