The Role The Director of Business Operations (BizOps) is a high-impact leadership role reporting to the COO. As a strategic operator and execution leader, this individual will drive day-to-day execution of key operational strategies with a primary focus on scaling and strengthening Digible's offshore operations. Responsibilities include optimizing workstreams and service models, enhancing execution efficiency through centralized and embedded support, and ensuring seamless business continuity by aligning offshore and onshore operations. The role partners with Agency and Employee Experience teams to strengthen documentation, training, and cross-functional integration. The Director will also lead efficiency and scale initiatives across service operations, acting as a critical connector between Agency leadership and Engineering/Product (Agency Tooling). This includes diagnosing bottlenecks, developing solutions, driving execution, and measuring outcomes. Success requires a consulting mindset—balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver measurable, scalable results.

What you'll do
Lead offshore Expansion & Service Model Optimization
– Drive integration and scaling of offshore operations and shared services, partnering with Agency leadership to design workstreams and service structures that align the right work with the right talent, enabling senior staff to focus on strategic activities that deliver greater customer value.
Streamline & Standardize Operations
– Create SOPs, unify workflows, and embed documentation and training to strengthen business continuity, improve onboarding, and ensure resilience during growth and change.
Enhance Resource Planning & Forecasting
– Maintain and refine capacity planning frameworks that provide predictability and support long-term scalability.
Lead Cross-Functional Efficiency Initiatives
– Identify operational bottlenecks and high-frequency manual tasks. Partner with Engineering/Product to design and implement people, process, and automation solutions. Own planning, execution, and measurement end-to-end with accountability, adoption, and impact.
Strengthen Partnerships Across the Business
– Act as a trusted connector between Operations, Agency leadership, and Engineering/Product teams to ensure smooth rollout of initiatives and alignment with efficiency and scale goals.
How success will be measured
Improved Labor Efficiency Ratio (quarter over quarter)
Reduced Labor per Account while maintaining quality and satisfaction
Shortened cycle and process times across workflows
Increased onboarding throughput with minimal issues
Consistent adoption of the resource planning framework across departments
Strengthened partnerships with Agency & Engineering/Product leadership
Seamless offshore integration delivering measurable efficiency, scale, and customer value
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in operations, business consulting, or strategic program management within a high-growth, service-based organization (agency or professional services strongly preferred).
Proven success driving operational scale and efficiency with examples of diagnosing bottlenecks and leading cross-functional execution.
Experience implementing and integrating offshore and shared services teams.
Demonstrated leadership and influence across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Deep knowledge of organizational design, workflow optimization, and resource planning.
Strong program management skills with experience running complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Data fluency: comfortable with metrics, dashboards, and using KPIs to guide decisions.
Exceptional communicator with the ability to simplify complexity for both technical and non-technical audiences.
A continuous improvement mindset with a strong bias toward systems thinking and process innovation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a digital marketing agency or client services environment.
Management consulting background or experience in an internal strategy/operations team.
Formal training or certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other process methodologies.
Familiarity with strategic frameworks (EOS, OKRs, Balanced Scorecard, V2MOM, etc.).
MBA or advanced degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
Proficiency in agency-relevant tools such as Asana, ClickUp, TaskRay, Salesforce, etc.
Experience designing or overseeing shared services models across multiple business units.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
This role is open to candidates located within the United States. Pay, perks, and such
Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000
4-Day Work Week (32 Hour Work Week)
