Overview
Assistant Store Manager - Spirit at Spirit Halloween in Cleveland, TN. This role supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Hourly rate ranges from $16.00 to $16.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits include a Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs and an End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs are subject to qualifications. Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations to drive sales and profitability. Establish and maintain Guest Services, merchandising standards, and inventory control. Develop and supervise staff; ensure flexible scheduling to meet store needs. Control expenses, manage shrinkage, and oversee pack-up and teardown of the seasonal store. Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures during all activities. Qualifications
Minimum age 18; must have a flexible schedule. Prior retail management experience required. Physical requirements: 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Employment details
