Senior Copywriter - Spanish Language Expertise at T-Mobile. The primary focus is Spanish-language copy, with comfort working in English as needed. This role is located in one of the following cities with a hybrid schedule (in-office at least 3 days a week): Bellevue, WA; Overland Park, KS; Frisco, TX; Atlanta, GA; Denver, CO. Lead the development of compelling Spanish-language copy across campaigns and channels (TV, digital, retail, social, print, experiential). Work in both Spanish and English to support bilingual communications and ensure alignment with T-Mobile’s brand voice. Balance English message intent with Spanish-language authenticity to ensure content is culturally resonant and audience-appropriate. Craft bilingual copy that feels natural and fluid, not mechanical. Develop and maintain copy guidelines, messaging toolkits, tone-of-voice documentation, and terminology guides for Spanish communications. Serve as a subject-matter expert for linguistic accuracy, tone, and cultural relevance across media and audience types. Ensure all Spanish messaging reflects T-Mobile’s values and identity while communicating offers, benefits, and brand stories. Act as the central voice for Spanish language across brand, marketing, customer experience, legal, and localization teams. Provide guidance and leadership in language decision-making and message alignment to ensure a consistent customer experience. Facilitate collaborative discussions with humility, empathy, and clarity; contribute to a positive team dynamic and mutual creative wins. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, iterative environment with evolving priorities. Partner with strategists, art directors, designers, and project managers to bring ideas to life. Present copy and creative decisions confidently, welcome feedback, and advocate for audience-centric storytelling. Proactively take initiative to keep projects moving, especially when answers aren’t clear. Contribute to a collaborative, ego-free culture that emphasizes team success. Education and Work Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Linguistics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in copywriting or brand communications, with a portfolio that includes bilingual or Spanish-first marketing campaigns. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English; understanding of cultural and regional language distinctions. Proven ability to build and maintain copy and language systems, toolkits, or messaging frameworks. Strong communication and presentation skills; able to collaborate across departments and with leadership. Background in telecommunications, tech, or fast-paced consumer-facing industries (preferred). Experience with legal and localization teams on language approvals (preferred). Understanding of inclusive language practices and audience segmentation across U.S. Hispanic and multicultural markets (preferred). Willingness to travel up to 20% (Required). 18 years of age or older; legally authorized to work in the United States. Base Pay Range: $71,400 - $128,800 Corporate Bonus Target: 15% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. Actual pay will be based on location, qualifications, and experience. At T-Mobile, employees in regular roles are eligible for annual bonuses or performance-based incentives.
